We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or have been altered will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at godlikenewark38@hotmail.com within your 7-day return window. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at godlikenewark38@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund: final sale items, items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, and any items returned outside the 7-day window without prior approval.

Exchanges We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please email us at godlikenewark38@hotmail.com to request an exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
