Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates We offer a simple flat rate of $4.99 on all orders, regardless of order size or destination. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Delivery Times After your order has been shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect the latest updates.
Possible Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. These situations are outside our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate right away.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ROBIN NEELS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at godlikenewark38@hotmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
